Kendial Lawrence

A true Heath Hawk son, Kendial Lawrence was part of the first graduating class (2009) at Rockwall Heath High School, helping build the program from the ground up.

A dynamic playmaker, he totaled 71 touchdowns and 5,500+ rushing yards in high school, earning offers from top Power 5 programs before committing to Missouri. At Mizzou, he became the school’s first 1,000-yard rusher in the SEC.

Running a 4.28 40-yard dash, Coach K went on to play for the Dallas Cowboys, scoring the game-winning touchdown in the 2013 Hall of Fame Game. He later spent 6 years in the CFL, winning a Grey Cup Championship with the Edmonton Eskimos while excelling as an all-purpose threat.

Now as Founder of LevelUp Football Academy, Coach K is committed to developing athletes the right way—building skill, discipline, confidence, and a championship mindset.

Josh Robinson

Fort Lauderdale native Josh

Robinson is a former NFL defensive back and UCF standout. A three-year starter for the Knights, Robinson made national headlines at the 2012 NFL Combine by posting the fastest 40-yard dash

(4.29). Drafted in the third round by the Minnesota Vikings, he enjoyed an eight-year NFL career, playing cornerback, safety, nickel, and excelling on special teams. His coaching approach combines NFL-level technique, speed development, and mentorship, helping young athletes build both on-field skills and off-field confidence.

Ej Gaines

Kansas City native E.J. Gaines is a former NFL defensive back and University of Missouri standout who played as a true freshman.

Fueled by a desire to be the first in his family to go pro, he was drafted by the St. Louis Rams and enjoyed a six-year NFL career, also playing with the Buffalo Bills. As a coach, EJ brings real-life NFL knowledge, accountability, and a father-driven purpose to help young athletes chase their goals with confidence and discipline.

Demarkus Washington

De’Markus Washington, from Dallas, Texas, is a former standout cornerback who played for Texas Southern University, where he was a three-year starter. Over his career, he recorded 11 interceptions and earned recognition as a two-time All-SWAC selection, Freshman of the Year, and Newcomer of the Year.

Now as a coach, De’Markus brings his collegiate experience, technical expertise, and passion for teaching defensive skills to help young athletes develop fundamentals, confidence, and a love for the game.

Rodney Agee

Rodney Agee Jr., a graduate of Texas Southern University and Lincoln High School, brings leadership, intelligence, and passion to LevelUp.

A Top 5% graduate with a degree in Business Accounting and minor in Sports Management, Coach RJ transitioned into coaching after his playing career at quarterback was cut short by ACL injuries.

He brings a high football IQ and advanced offensive knowledge, helping elevate LevelUp into a competitive, well-developed program. Most importantly, he’s dedicated to developing athletes into confident, disciplined young men—on and off the field.

Greg Jordan

Greg Jordan, a Dallas native and former cornerback, began his college career at Kilgore College where he started as a true freshman. During his time there, he recorded 5 interceptions and 100 tackles, earning multiple Division I offers.

Now as a coach, Greg brings his experience, technical skill, and passion for the game to help develop and mentor the next generation of athletes.
